EL COLEGIO DE LOS TRINITARIOS DE CÓRDOBA CON ALEPO (SIRIA)
En el colegio de los Trinitarios de Córdoba hemos celebrado, el pasado 22 de marzo, una actividad especial para nosotros. Todos nuestros colegios de España abordan un proyecto solidario que este año va dirigido a la educación para estudiantes de las escuelas cristianas de Alepo (Siria), donde hay presencia de Trinitarios y del SIT (Solidaridad Internacional Trinitaria). Por este motivo, organizamos una jornada única y particular en el centro: EL BOCADILLO SOLIDARIO, una actividad que se comenzó a realizar en nuestro colegio hace ya varios años y que tiene como objetivo la sensibilización y la recaudación de fondos para este Proyecto. No es una comida ostentosa porque la finalidad no es esa. Se trata de que los alumnos entiendan el valor de la solidaridad y valoren la suerte que tienen de poder comer y venir al cole sanos, felices todos los días. También nos trazamos como objetivo fundamental la convivencia entre profesores, familias y alumnos.
Ante todo, queremos agradecer la colaboración y participación en dicha actividad a todas las familias. Gracias por las muestras de cariño, confianza y cercanía siempre que tratamos estos temas con los padres y alumnos. Gracias también a quienes han colaborado con donaciones (pan, zumos, tortillas, embutido…) haciendo posible esta actividad, ¡os estamos infinitamente agradecidos!
La jornada contó con un programa variado: juegos de siempre, talleres, photocall, actuaciones de baile, deporte… Por la mañana se trató en la clase el tema de la solidaridad. Todo transcurrió de manera alegre y coordinada.
Concluye así la segunda actividad que llevamos a cabo a nivel de solidaridad: ya se llevó a cabo el sorteo de una Tablet con papeletas y aún nos queda por montar la jornada de convivencia con familias y la Tómbola Solidaria en la fiesta final de curso. THE TRINITARIANS SCHOOL CÓRDOBA (SPAIN) WITH ALEPO (SYRIA)
The Trinitarians school in Córdoba celebrated,on March 22nd, a special activity. All our schools in Spain take on a joint project which this year, is directed at the Education of students at the Christian schools of Alepo (Syria), where both the Trinitarians and SIT (The International Trinitarian Solidarity) show physical presence. A special day is set aside in our centre: A SANDWICH FOR SOLIDARITY (“Bocadillo Solidario”), an activity that began in our school several years ago, and whose purpose, is not only to make us more aware, but to raise funds for this Project. It isn’t an ostentatious meal because this isn’t the objective. We want our pupils to contemplate what solidarity is, and to understand just how lucky they are, to be able to eat and come to school each day healthy and happy. We also believe that is very important for teachers, families and pupils to get together informally.
First of all, we want to thank all the families for their collaboration and participation in the above mentioned activity. We appreciate the caring gestures, trust and nearness of parents and pupils at these times. A big thanks also to those who have collaborated with donations of (bread, juices, Spanish omelettes, and cold meats…) You have helped to make this activity possible: we are infinitely grateful to you!
“A Sandwich for Solidarity day” offered a varied programme: traditional games, workshops, photocall, dance performances, sport… In the morning, the solidarity topic was discussed in the classroom. Everything was well coordinated and went well.
This concludes our second activity related to solidarity: the first being the sale of raffle tickets for a Tablet. We have yet to organize the Solidarity Tombola which takes place at the end of the school year, on the day when families are invited to get together before the holidays.
